Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from our supplier warehouse. You'll get a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking included.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We ship worldwide via our partner carriers. Standard shipping to the US typically takes 7-15 business days from order to delivery. Estimates are not guaranteed — gremlins, customs, and the occasional act of weather can affect timing.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and item weight.
Shipment confirmation and tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 24-72 hours to populate after the email is sent.
Damages and issues
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or you got the wrong item, email us at thezoomiessuppliesco@yahoo.com within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.
International shipping
We currently ship to most countries. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes assessed by your country.
Lost or stuck packages
If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, reach out and we'll investigate. Most disappearing packages turn up — the rest we replace.
